During the Super League event, male and female are divided into their respective weight groups and compete within their groups for two rounds before receiving final score and placement.

The first round of the challenge is named the "Output Quotient" round.
In this round, athletes are required to perform the following eight exercises:
  • Squats
  • Military Press
  • Rack Deadlifts
  • Dips
  • Leg Extensions
  • Pulldowns
  • Chest Flyes
  • Dumbbell Curls

For the first round, competitors are required to perform 12 reps of each exercise using the heaviest weight manageable while still maintaining proper form.

The score of the first round is calculated by multiplying the total number of repetitions performed with the weight used, divided by the competitor's bodyweight.

In round two, the "Deltas" round, each contestant is analyzed using 3DX Technology to measure their arms, chest, calves, thighs and hips (for women).

With contestants going through the scan, ratios such as upper body to lower body ratio, upper body to wrist ratio, and lower body to waist ratio are identified and factored into the final score.

The competition was streamed live, featured on ESPN Sport and the contestants will return next year to defend their titles as world champions.
